1. Can I use the file for shipping through Land and Sea?

- No, this file is for shipment using airmail ONLY. Shipping rate is based on the data supplied by Pos Malaysia.

2. I want to add tax, does this file come with tax setup

- Our tax is set to '0', which means that no tax will be added. Please contact us if you want to add custom tax.

3. How about Package Fee? What is your setting?

- Package fee will be set to RM2.00 for the first 5kg. For items weight more than 5kg, a fix package fee of RM5 per item will be added into selling cost.

- For example, let's say you sell an item worth RM30 and weight 8kg. Your customer will be charge RM30 (item cost) + RM5 (packaging fee)
