  • After launching your Wampserver, go to phpMyadmin. Now, click on the database name (at the right column) used for the installation.

  • Then go to Operations tab and click it.

  • Once you are in table view of your database, scroll down to the bottom of your browser then click on ‘Check All’ link. This will result in color change to orange for all tables view.

  • Look at the drop-down box at the right side. Select ‘Drop’ to drop/remove all the selected tables.

  • A confirmation page will appear and list of all tables will be viewed for your reference. Don’t mind on that, just click ‘Yes’ button to proceed.

  • Finally, a success notification will be generated informing you on the success of deletion of all tables inside the database. Now the database is empty and ready to be used again.

Removing and reinstalling the installation files
At your Root Folder, totally remove the Joomla installation folder. To locate the Root Folder, refer to Joomla Installation Tutorial.

Restart your Joomla installation
